Terms and Conditions – Breathe Dance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Breathe Dance classes, workshops, events, and services. By booking or attending a session, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be made in full prior to attendance unless a payment plan has been arranged.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a session, refunds will not be issued. However, if you are unable to attend, please get in touch—where possible, a transfer to another session may be offered at the discretion of Breathe Dance.
If Breathe Dance needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to another session
3. Health and Wellbeing
By attending a session, you confirm that:
- You have provided accurate information about your health and wellbeing
- You will take responsibility for your own physical and emotional limits during sessions
Breathe Dance sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
4. Participation
Participants are encouraged to:
- Move at their own pace
- Respect their own boundaries and those of others
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Breathe Dance reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Personal Belongings
Breathe Dance is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Photography and Media
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. You will always be asked for consent before any images are used.
8. Changes to Terms
Breathe Dance may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
